Made with two varieties of Omachi rice, where one is produced in Tohoku area (North Eastern Japan) and the other, with a full-bodied and intense flavour, in Chugoku (South Western of Japan). The style of Taka Junmai Ginjo Omachi presents a sake with distinguished masculine personality.
