Osawa Brewery was family-founded and has been in operation since 1689 in Saku City of Nagano prefecture. This old brewery is well-known for the oldest Japanese drinkable sake, crafted about 300 years ago, found in the old brewary's cellar.
Made from a noble variety of Yamadanishiki rice grown in Hyogo prefecture and traditional "Fune Press" method.
