Whilst Elderton has typically been recognised for their robust red varietals such as Shiraz and Cabernet, this Eden Valley Riesling has, in itself, built an enviable pedigree.
Quick separation of the juice from the skins gives the purest juice possible. A long cool ferment and prompt separation from the yeast lees has given a truly vibrant Riesling of classical style. Bottled very early to capture all the fresh citrus characters and hold the crisp finish.
